CANCELLATION & MODIFICATION
Need to Change Your Order?
If you need to cancel or modify your order, please submit your order number and requested changes as soon as possible. The sooner you contact us, the better chance we have to make the changes.

The order may still be changed or canceled. Contact us immediately and we will do our best to accommodate your request before production begins.
AFTER 2 HOURS
The order may already be locked for production. Once production has started, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations.
Important: Please double-check names, photos, sizes, colors, shipping addresses, and personalization details before placing your order. This helps us ensure your order is perfect the first time.
FREE REPLACEMENT OR REFUND
Eligible claims must be submitted within 45 days of delivery. We offer free replacements or refunds for the following issues:
- Damaged, defective or misprinted products
- Product received does not match the order confirmation
- Package is lost or undelivered when the provided address is correct

In cases where the customer selected incorrect information or provided an undeliverable address, we may offer a discounted replacement to help resolve the issue.
